Bryn Anderson
Bryn has a Business and E - Commerce at Massey University, New Zealand and a Diploma in Information Technology. He has 10 years of technical experience in the IT industry.
Bryn’s current responsibilities at the Dialogue Agency include IT network administration of the WAN’s & LAN’s, IT Project management and design and implementation of network infrastructure. As well as this, Bryn also manages software support including database design and implementation, design of bespoke financial applications and has monitored network security.
Prior to Dialogue Agency he held the position of IT and Financial Analyst for three years with a Corporate in the retail industry. Operating under the Financial Controller his key responsibilities included IT infrastructure, systems design and support.
Responsibilities also included month end reporting, financial, and systems analysis. His analysis was principally centred on Sales, Margin, Stock Replenishment, Promotional Initiatives, and Month end Financials.
Jocelyn Barker
Jocelyn is an Account Manager with an MSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Durham (2009). Her scientific background is in food science, chemistry, health and nutrition.
She is also a recipe designer and developer and assistant food stylist for Alaska Seafood, Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma in the UK.
Beginning with a food column in a UK regional newspaper, other previous experience includes 'Delicious'. Magazine, in the food, editorial and online teams. Work included attending and reviewing restaurants and food courses, assisting in recipe design and development, prop styling and recipe shoots and managing celebrity chef photo shoots with Gordon Ramsay, Angela Hartnett and Mark Sargeant.
She currently co-ordinates marketing activities including graphic design work for marketing materials, media relations and trade shows. Jocelyn also manages press events for product tastings and press trips.
David Chattaway
David is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with a BA Hons 1st class in Business Management.
He worked for three years in the finance department of BP Plc where his roles were: Lead Accountant for BP Iran Limited (turnover - $400m); Oil trading budget controller (Annual budget $3.0 - $4bn) and Working capital analyst - Group reporting.
He joined Brand Finance and The Dialogue Agency in 2008 as Financial Controller to handle all of the company’s finances and company secretarial issues.
Richard Gower
Richard has been involved in Wine and Spirits Marketing internationally for over 20 years.
Starting with Colman’s of Norwich Wine Portfolio, he worked in the team that delivered several market changing initiatives that developed consumer wine awareness and consumption in the UK.
He was instrumental in the introduction of the wine box from Australia to the UK and in the promotion of Beaujolais Nouveau as a consumption moment in the wine calendar.
Richard coordinated the launch of Jacob’s Creek, promoting and developing New World wines to the UK consumer (Jacob’s Creek became the No 1 branded wine range in the UK after 4 years).
He worked for Allied Domecq Wine and Spirits in a range of International Marketing and Business development roles. He developed consumer propositions and marketing programmes for well known brands across the world in categories including Scotch Whisky, Cognac, Spanish Brandy, London Gin, Port and other fortified Wines.
As President of Global brand development at Allied Domecq, Richard returned all core brands to growth through a series of innovative marketing strategies.
He was elected a Keeper of the Quaich in recognition of contribution to the sales and reputation of the Scotch Whisky Industry worldwide.
As an Independent consultant he has worked on assignments with Southcorp Wines (New product development), Freixenet Cava, Tesco Wines and Spirits.
Richard lived for 3 years in Bordeaux and Bergerac.
