Perfect for canapés, these delicious bundles are very simple to make. Wrap Parma Ham around slices of cheese and bake in the oven. Meanwhile, blanche the asparagus. Place the Parma Ham- wrapped cheese on top of a few asparagus spears and wrap a slice of Parma Ham around each bundle.
